In view of the fact that huge chunk of the gold we produce and source is bound for the Dubai multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), where strict regulations pertains with respect to responsible gold sourcing and supply chain management, we’re very mindful and adheres to internationally acceptable best practices, market standards and business ethics associated with gold sourcing and its supply chain management.

As a very responsible gold refining and dealership entity, we recognizes that an appreciably significant adverse risk impacts may be associated with gold mining (extraction), trading, handling and transportation as well as exporting minerals from conflict-prone or affected areas. We do acknowledge our ultimate duty to promote and safeguard fundamental human rights, the best way we can as a responsible organization and not in any way, knowingly or unknowingly contribute to socio-political conflict anywhere on the face of this planet.

We endeavor to refrain from any action which contributes to the fueling of conflict; such as financing or contracting with organizations or individuals who irresponsibly source gold from conflict-prone areas, mines that produces gold via cheap and child labour and so on, as we commit to the full compliance to the relevant United Nations Regulations pertaining to human Rights protection and by extension, responsible sourcing. More importantly, where applicable we endeavor to abide by domestic laws in the above respect.

Our Company operates under strict policies that pertain to Responsible Supply Chain Management, Anti Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism which includes: the Scope, responsibilities, Criteria for Supply Chain Due Diligence, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Processes, Monitoring and Surveillance; and Periodic Training.
