By the using the email technology, gold purchase orders are transmitted electronically to Mentrax, once received, its duly processed following stringent protocols to ensure shipments mechanism are accurately in place. We process both domestic and international orders. We strive to expediently ship purchase orders within 3 to 10 business days of receiving your electronic purchase order request.

Orders shipped require acknowledgement of receipt signature when delivered via Federal Express, UPS, directly via a domestic air carrier or any reputable domestic Postal/Courier service. Order tracking information is accordingly sent to you via SMS or email so that you are informed and able to follow your order.

Additionally, we process and export international purchase orders via freight services following the binding Gold bars Sale and Purchase Agreements contractual terms. We duly undertake this by ensuring the payment of all applicable domestic taxes, royalties, fees, levies and freight charges and all associated statutory fees charged in respect of gold exports to meet international demands.
