As a very responsible gold refining and dealership entity, we recognizes that an appreciably significant adverse risk impacts may be associated with gold mining (extraction), trading, handling and transportation as well as exporting minerals from conflict-prone or affected areas. We do acknowledge our ultimate duty to promote and safeguard fundamental human rights, the best way we can as a responsible organization and not in any way, knowingly or unknowingly contribute to socio-political conflict anywhere on the face of this planet.

We endeavor to refraining from any action which contributes to the fueling of conflict; such as financing or contracting with organizations or individuals who irresponsibly sources gold from conflict-prone areas, mines that produces gold via cheap and child labour and so on, as we commit to the full compliance to the relevant United Nations Regulations pertaining to human Rights protection and by extension, responsible sourcing. More importantly, where applicable we endeavor to abide by domestic laws in the above respect.
